7. Texas Tech (16): The Red Raiders have won three games in a row since JT Toppin went down for the season and Christian Anderson is a rock star.

8. Nebraska (15): The Huskers have proven they are no fluke and are in the chase for a top four line seed.

9. Illinois (9): The Illini couldn’t hang with Michigan and now need to maintain a top two line seed.

10. Iowa State (10): The Cyclones haven’t been consistent but are still worthy of a top 10 ranking.

12. Michigan State (12): The Spartans had a great week by sweeping Purdue and Indiana on the road.

13. Gonzaga (8): The Zags lost at Saint Mary’s for the final time in the heated series, but have the top seed in the WCC.

16. Arkansas (18): The Hogs had a rough go in Gainesville, but are still a top three SEC team.

33. UCF (NR): Johnny Dawkins has the Knights primed for an NCAA berth.

34. TCU (NR): The Horned Frogs have won three in a row. This may be Jamie Dixon’s best coaching job to get this squad in the tournament.

35. Saint Louis (25): SLU fell to a rising Dayton but still holds the lead for the top seed in the A10.

36. Villanova (33): The Wildcats can be a team to beat in the Big East as long as they don’t play UConn or St. John’s.
